Lost your property on a trip?

No worries!


The best way to get your property back is by contacting KABU Customer Service.

If you lost your property on a trip, do not panic. Contact our KABU customer service team ASAP at 604-274-9669. The customer service representative will verify your trip order and ask the driver to search for the lost item.



  1. Provide a detailed description of your lost item as well as your trip info to our customer service team.
  2. A customer service representative will verify your trip and communicate with the driver of your trip to assist in locating your lost item.
  3. When a lost item is found, our customer service team will connect you directly with the driver to schedule a return.
  4. An additional charge of $10 to $15 may be applied for the driver to deliver the lost item to you.

Please take into consideration your driver’s work and personal schedule when making arrangements for the delivery of your lost item.



KABU drivers are independent contractors. Neither KABU nor its drivers are responsible for any items left in a vehicle after a trip is completed. We will make our best effort to help, but we cannot guarantee that a driver will find your item or that they can immediately deliver it to you in the event it is found.
