KABU is implementing an industry-leading Driver Health Benefits Rewards System, where our drivers will receive incentives for investing in their personal healthcare needs and those of their family.

Through a partnership with a Canadian insurance firm specializing in portable healthcare benefits, drivers will have the peace of mind of receiving coverage for their health and dental needs. As well, they can choose to receive illness and disability coverage, for times when they are unable to work.

Drivers will be rewarded for choosing to work for KABU, and will receive a boost to their ranking. The higher their ranking, the more rides requests they’ll receive compared to a lower-ranked driver. More working opportunities means more earning potential.

KABU is working on a number of other initiatives to help drivers offset the costs of operating, maintaining, inspecting and cleaning their vehicles.
